Bob Rollins, Chief Recruitment Officer
Bob has been with the company since 2004, and provides extensive executive search experience spanning various aspects of the oil and gas industry as well as environmental, industrial manufacturing, and commercial services sectors together with consumer product and retail environments.
Bob is an expert level executive search consultant in North America since 2002, with over 235 Board and senior management searches acquiring talent at executive management levels in disciplines such as finance, engineering, operations, logistics, transportation, sales, IT, and Human Resources.
Prior to executive search, Bob's corporate experience spanned 20 years in senior marketing positions in the downstream sector working for Pennzoil, as well as consumer product market for Champion Spark Plug Company and Jiffy Lube.

Brenton Cole, Recruitment Manager
Brenton responsibilities include candidate sourcing, preliminary talent screening and administrative duties relating to recruiting assignments. Brenton is also responsible for the development and metrics relating to online job boards, resume databases and organic sourcing through social networks such as myspace, linked in, jigsaw and other resources.
His professional background includes sales, customer service and operations in the warehouse distribution and logistics sectors with companies such as Wal-mart, HEB, Sears and Frito-Lay.
